Following the successful annual celebrations in July in Warwick MMA executive members had their first meeting in the residence of ex-president Dr Thomas. Executive members were designated special responsibilities to cover main sections namely food, entertainment, chief guests etc. Though 3rd week of July 2017 was initially proposed we managed to get the ideal second weekend of July in our favourite venue Daventry. This was great news. Executive members emphasised how we should ensure that the details of the dates and venue for the next year’s meeting reaches the members. We are hoping to notify all the members with email addresses from December onwards and postal notifications in April 2017. Updated event registration forms with be available from April 2017.
Next executive meeting is planned early March 2017 in Durham thanks to the MMA president Dr Paul Peters and family
